Underground Racing at Pocono Raceway for Racewarz

In a last minute decision we decided to take a few cars to Racewarz held at Pocono Raceway as a little warm up and testing for the upcoming Texas Invitational event. Gabe from Impressive Auto Body puts on this event and we thank him for doing a great job with it and for his hospitality. We took Justin's Underground Racing Twin Turbo Huracan and a silver 05 TT Gallardo. This event is a bit different than most as there are no brackets. Winner of the event goes to the car that didn't get beat and went up against the fastest cars. There were some fast GTRs there from a few tuners like Joey's IVEY tuned GTR, Switzer Goliath GTR and a few others.
Halfway through the day there was no doubt who had the fastest GTR which was Joey's built by IVEY tune as no other GTR ran close to him as seen in the video. The TT Huracan was clearly the fastest TT Lamborghini at the event, so the TOP GTR and Lamborghini went at it for the event win. Even though the Switzer GTR lost to the IVEY tuned GTR we gave the Swtizer GTR a shot at the TT Huracan for the event win. Their team respectfully declined to race the TT Huracan so there was no more racing. Something we learned at this event was using street tires on the super smooth surface at Pocono Raceway doesn’t work well. Next time we will be on Drag Radials like all the fastest GTRs were using.
