She says, Jordan is amazing to work with and a great director - he has a vision and creates it perfectly. She loved filming the breakfast scene with her co-stars, Lupita Nyong'o, Winston Duke, and Evan Alex. Jordan told them to have a normal conversation, just like a family would be having, while filming the breakfast scene. This made it feel like a real family dynamic and that much more fun to film! We also discuss her role as 'Young Nala' in "The Lion King"!!
Shahadi Wright Joseph is a 13-year-old up and coming actress who has performed in The School of Rock, Lion King, Hairspray Live and Us. Shahadi stared as Young Nala in the production of the Lion King and worked alongside Beyonce, Donald Glover, Seth Rogen and many more.
