A video is making the rounds showing Harapan candidate Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, flanked by supporters, raising his hands in celebration.

This came after unofficial results showed him winning the Kuala Selangor seat.

Dzulkefly’s main opponent for the parliament seat is caretaker finance minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz from BN, who is making his electoral debut.

With 181 out of 182 ballot boxes counted, Dzulkefly is in the lead with a 1,172 vote majority over Tengku Zafrul.
