Thousands of visitors gathered at Bukit Layang-Layang, Pasir Gudang, to witness the launch of the 24th Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival 2019 on Friday (March 1).
The launch featured a line-up of activities such as cultural dances, performances and the release of brightly coloured kites into the sky.
The launch was graced by Johor princess Tunku Tun Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Sultan Ibrahim who represented her father, Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar.
