Transport minister Anthony Loke said the survey that ranked KLIA as the eighth worst airport in Asia is questionable.

While admitting that there are weaknesses in KLIA, Loke said it's better to look at airport rankings from sources of better “calibre” such as Skytrax.

He added that Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd has plans to improve the ambiance in KLIA 1.
