In a brief ceremony held at the District Police Headquarters in Kubang Pasu, Kedah, IGP Razarudin Husain met with complainants of cases 'still in action' or 'cold cases'.

He said this is the first time he's done this and reiterated that the police have never forgotten the complainants whom he called their 'customers'.
