MCA president Wee Ka Siong has expressed shock and sadness at the quality of food that is being delivered to flood victims.

In a video posted on Facebook today, Wee slammed the quality of the food and added that it was being delivered late to flood victims.

He said he had spoken to the minister responsible for the matter so it can be improved and resolved immediately.
