Where to fish for big fresh steamed fish head in KL?

Manaweblife discovered a steam fish head stall right under a bunch of huge trees literally at 11th mile Jalan Balakong, Cheras in Kuala Lumpur. The stall is run by Mr  Chan, or popularly known as Big Guy because he is very tall ! 
           
This video shows how the big fish head is being prepared for steaming in various choices of garnishings.In fact the fish are steamed not once but twice to ensure that they are evenly steamed ! Ginger is added to the second round steaming.The fish are acquired fresh from Ipoh, bred in special  breeding ponds and cooked freshly to get the best tastes, unlike restaurants that keep their fish in tanks for days and their freshness dissipates over time. Mr Chan does not compromise on quality. Customers come  here with their family for meals and have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Including freshly steamed 'kampung chicken' that offers a distinctive taste. The free-range, corn-fed chicken are bred by him in Ulu Langat and their feathers are hand-plucked, not machine plucked, to maintain the meat texture.. Take a look at this tempting footages and make your way to Big Guy Steam Fish Head Restaurant  soon !
