Kedah would be number one in terms of foreign investment if Kuala Lumpur and Selangor did not exist, claims its MB Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.
Speaking to the state’s civil servants in Alor Setar yesterday, Sanusi said foreign firms chose to invest in Kedah due to it's “good environment”.
