A new movie from the repertoire of Efron, as in Zac, is on its way and it’s being advertised with a trailer. Groundbreaking.
The movie is called We Are Your Friends and is directed by Max Joseph who you may know as Nev’s right hand man on the mtv show, “Catfish.”
Zac stars in the film as an aspiring DJ with big dreams of basically becoming the next version of Calvin Harris. Check it out:
Zac and his friends realize that we live in a world now where people can become successful by taking unconventional routes that deviate from the usual - going to college, getting a desk job, being laid off, and instead decide that they would rather go for their dreams and be paid Oprah dollas for it, especially in a world where 26 year olds invent apps and sell them for millions of dollars. Instagram I’m looking at you.
Zac and his friends’ career path of choice in the film is promoting parties and Zac emphasizes that as a DJ, it is his job to get people out of their heads and into their bodies.
The trailer ends with a traditional sappy inspiring quote per usual that says to find your sound and that QUOTE - hardship, friendship, and so much love are your tickets to everything.”
