Barisan Nasional will contest 108 seats in the six state elections that will take place on August 12.
The coalition’s chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi also announced tonight that 63 percent of the candidates will be fresh faces.
The coalition will be leading the charge in the Perikatan Nasional strongholds of Kelantan and Terengganu. However, it has managed to secure some concessions in the remaining four states.
