Independent preacher Zamri Vinoth has been remanded for two days starting today, Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain confirmed.

This is over his Facebook posts regarding the relocation of the Dewi Sri Pathrakaliamman temple in Kuala Lumpur.

The 41-year-old preacher was remanded to assist in investigations into allegations of insulting religion and disturbing public order.
