Zayn Malik No-Show at 'The Voice' Finale

During the pre-taping of the Voice season finale yesterday, fans waited patiently for Zayn Malik to make an appearance as promised, but were sadly disappointed when Zayn was a no show. According to a fan who attended the pre-taping, Zayn was supposed to perform with country singer, Jennifer Nettles who did show up, but the same can’t be said for her duet partner. As evidence, the fan tweeted a picture of the wristband and ticket that clearly showed Zayn was scheduled to make an appearance and said that the crew fed the audience Panera before breaking the bad news that Zayn would not be performing.
No details yet on why Zayn cancelled, but this isn’t the first time Zayn has skipped out on an appearance. There have been several cancellations this year due to unforeseen circumstances. Certainly there a variety of reasons of why he was unable to attend, but bummer for the fans who were stoked to see him, right? The wait time to get into those pre-tapings is ridiculous so I hope they had a good time despite Zayn’s absence.
