Zayn Now STARRING In NBC Boy Band Show?

Since Zayn checked off dominating the music charts on his to do list, he’s moving on to the next thing and that involves a TV script and a couple of expensive cameras.
We all know that Zayn has already signed on to be the executive producer on a TV drama about a boy band with NBC called ‘Boys,’ but what we didn’t know is that being an EP will not be the former One Direction member’s only title in the show credits.
According to The Sun’s source, they revealed that Z will possibly put his acting chops to the test and appear on a couple episodes of the show. They said QUOTE, “Zayn has started talks with his fellow producers about him appearing in a couple of episodes of Boys. He is really keen to kick off his acting career and sees this as the perfect opportunity to do so, especially as he will have a lot of creative control.”
The source continued to say that there’s a big chance he’ll play himself on the show as opposed to a character. They said that “The discussions are still ongoing and there is still a chance he may just play himself in the show. Either way, he is taking his role as executive producer very seriously and sees this as a big stepping stone to working more on TV and film in the future.”
This bit of news shouldn’t be too big of a shocker for those who have been fans of the ‘Pillowtalk’ singer from the very beginning. Zayn had expressed an interest in acting way before he became a part of 1D.
