Zendaya's Mom HILARIOUSLY Trolls Her With Classic 'Mom' Text

Zendaya took to Twitter yesterday to share a screenshot of a recent text conversation she had with her mom that is as funny as it is relatable. Her mom Claire apparently came across an article that she thought would peak Zendaya’s interest, and so she shared a screenshot of it with her daughter, the way moms do. The title of the article? “Study Shows the More Time You Spend With Your Mom, The Longer She’ll Live.” Of course, just to show that she’s not like a regular mom, she’s a cool mom, Claire she sent the hilarious text with a few silly-face, tongue-out Emojis.
Zendaya replied to her mom’s text the way pretty much all of us would with a simple "wow mom..." followed by a string of laughing emojis.
Zendaya posted the exchange to her Twitter along with the caption, “Why is my mother like this???” followed by a few more laughing emojis and tagging her mom’s handle in the post. Her post was naturally flooded with comments from fans who found the exchange equal parts endearing and familiar. One fan wrote QUOTE, “my mum also screenshots things to me instead of sending me actual links and it makes me laugh”, while another commented QUOTE, “This is something my mother would send to me omg”.
This officially proves that it doesn’t matter how cool, talented, or wildly successful you are--moms will be moms, and they will troll you into spending more time with them in any way they can. And it also proves that Zendaya has a very funny and cool mom, but that definitely doesn’t surprise us considering how funny and cool she turned out to be.
