‘Pretty Little Liars’ Top 3 Favorite Fan Theories EXPLAINED!

Okay guys, let’s be real: anything is possible in the world of Pretty Little Liars and, in the world of fan theories, REALLY anything is possible. So which of these PLL fan theories do you think it totally true? 

Alright guys, there are SO many fan theories surrounding PLL that it’s kind of hard to keep track of them all. So today, I’ve picked 3 of my favorites and we’re going to do some investigating. Are you ready?

Fan theory #3: Everyone wants to know who the black widow was at Detective Wilden’s funeral in season 4 and then again in season 5? I’ve done some digging and guys, I think it might be Melissa.

Let’s look at the facts: she fits the petite, thin body type, she likes wearing disguises – remember her Black Swan and Queen of Hearts costumes? Widows wear veils, which is why she has been given the name Black Widow. Melissa is THE ONLY WIDOW ON THE SHOW. Coincidence? You decide!

Moving on to fan theory #2: the infamous twin theory! Oh yes, this is one that fans have been wondering about since Ali had a twin in the book series. Well, Tammin Sursok – a.k.a. Jenna – revealed in an interview that someone will DEFINITELY find out about a twin this season! Oooo juicy!

But who is it? Well the theory is it’s Jason who has a twin sister! On the Pretty Little Theories Tumblr, one fan predicts that his twin escaped Radley the night Alison disappeared and she’s the one who hit Ali on the head with the rock. That’s why Mrs. D was trying to cover it up. Hm, do you believe it?

And our #1 theory in all of the PLL fan theories is a big one. Could Aria actually be A?! I know, that seems crazy, but some fans are convinced she’s behind all of this. There’s tons of hidden clues to back this up but since there are so many I’m just going to name off a handful:
-          She’s the only one “shh”ing in the opening credits
-          She writes her “A’s” just like A
-          Texts from A began right when Aria got back from Switzerland.
-          In an early episode, remember when Mona yelled this? Well, PLL creator Marlene King hinted at the identity of A by tweeting “#BigA”
-          Aria doesn’t really have many run-ins with A, compared to the other Liars. Nothing bad has really happened to her, except getting drugged on season 3’s Halloween episode.

I don’t know guys. It seems pretty convincing to me. Anyways, there are SO many theories to discuss, but I want to know, which one is your favorite and which one is just WAY too out there to be true? Also, do you have a different theory? I’m totally curious so let me know in the comments…
