【本報訊】金管局前日在《貨幣與金融穩定情況半年度報告》中明言，關注年輕人靠父幹上車，會導致家庭「抵禦收入衝擊能力」較以前脆弱。該局總裁陳德霖昨表示，部份父母尚未供滿本身居所又幫子女上車，若遇經濟逆轉，這些家庭的償還能力需特別關注，而樓市過熱的風險仍存在。屯門新盤昨開賣，代理指年輕買家佔四成，當中達一半人靠父幹上車。
