【本報訊】睡覺醒來仍然記得噩夢的內容是好是壞?經常夢到考試遲到或遭上司責罵是否壓力爆煲的警號?精神科醫生指,夢境可以反映情緒,如緊張、焦慮或抑鬱,若經常被噩夢困擾,引致睡眠差、失眠、多夢易醒,甚至影響日間工作,如長達3至4星期,宜盡快求醫。睡前應避免飲用提神飲品,或玩有殺戮、血腥場面的電子遊戲,建議可收聽柔和音樂,有助避免發噩夢及改善睡眠質素。
