【本報訊】2013年埃及樂蜀發生熱氣球起火墜毀慘劇，今年2月召開的死因研訊昨裁決，裁定9名罹難港人死於意外。裁判官指今次是外遊港人遇上最悲慘事故之一，她很驚訝3年多以來，涉事旅行社勝景遊和旅遊業議會都沒就事件正式檢討，批評業界對客人福祉的敏感度太低。法庭就風險評估和保險資訊等作出若干建議，要求勝景遊和旅議會3個月內答覆是否接受。
