教育局堅持今年復考小三TSA，本來話全港抽10%學生考，結果留咗條尾巴，容許學校自選全級考，畀教育團體同家長鬧爆。為咗平息家長對復考疑慮，教育局最近連環推出多條表揚TSA嘅宣傳短片，拍呢幾條短片加埋喺fb宣傳，就用咗15,000蚊公帑，有網民就話與其浪費公帑硬銷TSA，不如用嚟全民派錢都冇咁嬲呀﹗
