繼傳出有不法份子利用WhatsApp截取認證碼「騎劫」用家帳號騙財後，網上流傳市民若接聽「93463931」這電話號碼來電，數碼通將收取1,080元通話費，呼籲市民不用接聽。數碼通回覆《蘋果》查詢時澄清，從未有發出相關訊息予客戶，呼籲客戶如收到任何可疑訊息應提高警覺，並致電客戶服務熱線28802688查詢。
