为了鼓励无现金交易，政府拨款7亿5千万令吉推动“ePenjana”计划，预计将有1500万名国人受惠。
首相慕尤丁说，“为了鼓励这些服务的使用者，政府将通过7亿5000万令吉的‘电子短期经济复苏计划’（e-Penjana），将50令吉汇入使用者的电子钱包。”
“同时也会配上电子钱包服务公司所提供总计50令吉的额外优惠券、返现优惠和折扣。”
