旺角連續兩晚爆發警民衝突，街頭巷尾血雨腥風，手無寸鐵市民面對警方亂舞的鐵警棍紛紛受傷，昨凌晨一戰至少23人要送院，當中有集會人士被警員迎頭重砸，逃走時再被打，身中十多棍被扑爆頭，亦有傷者憶述雙手掩頭保護逃走時，身後警員仍似發狂大叫「打佢個頭，打佢個頭！」質疑警方濫用武力。
