【本報訊】八達通昨推新措施，今年10月1日起發出的租用版八達通，如3年內無增值或支付，會被扣除15元「不常用八達通行政費」，主要針對不常用八達通有累積情況，增加發卡成本，而收取行政費有助減少數量及環保。
