乡村及区域发展部前秘书长莫哈末阿里夫及其儿子涉嫌55万令吉贪污案，今天在地庭面控，惟他们皆不认罪。60岁的莫哈末阿里夫及其儿子35岁的阿末祖凯里，分别面对去年在沙巴郊区供电计划收受55万令吉贿赂，以及串谋的指控。
法庭允许两名被告分别以20万令吉保释金和一名担保人的条件保释候审，并择定此案于3月20日过堂。
