【本報訊】浸大有機資源中心去年底抽查街市魚檔水產，發現一個購自大埔街市的桂花魚樣本含有俗稱水銀的甲基汞，每公斤有0.054毫克，含量雖無超標亦對成人無大礙，但小童或孕婦進食28克、即約三中式湯匙的問題魚肉，已超出每日容許攝取量，可影響小童或孕婦胎兒神經、消化、免疫系統和腦部發育。
