【本報訊】正在進行冷氣工程的中區花園道科達中心，昨晨工人從地面將一批冷氣機組件吊運上天台，至22樓時鋼索突然折斷，重半噸組件直墮街上，行人路亦被撞凹，碎片四濺，一群剛遊覽香港動植物公園的小學生剛經過現場，三名女生受傷送院，其中一人後腦被碎片擊中，情況危殆；警方事後拘捕涉案工程負責人。
