【本報訊】元朗區有紅色小巴超載，不少市民疑因趕返工，加上清晨時段別無其他公共交通工具選擇，因而乘搭超載小巴。大律師陸偉雄表示，若小巴因超載導致交通嚴重意外，參與超載的小巴乘客，例如坐木箱或「企位」，有可能反過來被認為有份造成交通意外，令參與超載的乘客、司機及車主均可能面臨死傷者的民事索償。
