尽管有消息指挪威的老年人疑似在接种辉瑞疫苗后死亡，但是挪威卫生署强调，接种辉瑞疫苗的政策不变。
德国医药公司BioNTech早前表示，挪威当局更改了病重者接种疫苗的建议。但随着挪威卫生署做出澄清之后，BioNTech也撤回了该文告。
彭博社报道，截止18日，挪威33人怀疑在接种疫苗后死亡，但是目前没有证据证明死亡与接种疫苗有关。挪威目前为疗养院的老人接种疫苗，当局表示，死亡率不到千分之一。
