政府获准充公刘特佐父亲刘福平4800万令吉的银行资金。吉隆坡刑事高庭今天裁定，在无人申索这笔资产的情况下政府可以充公刘福平的资金。刘福平今天没有出席审讯，他目前正在被通缉。政府3月28日入禀民事诉讼，申请冻结刘福平的7个银行账户。三个月的期限过去，没人挑战诉讼，法庭进而批准了政府的申请。
