【本報訊】財政預算案原定為2019年文憑試考生代繳考試費，學校考生、自修生一律受惠，被炮轟或引來大批市民報考。教育局局長楊潤雄昨宣佈受惠對象收窄至學校考生，令逾7,000名自修生「得而復失」，要自付考試費。自修生多屬重考生，即在先前兩屆曾應考；有校長稱這批考生絕非「玩玩吓」，促設機制酌情處理。
