忙碌的OL工作中途即使口渴,都未必有空停下來飲杯水。飲水對健康其實十分重要,腎科醫生表示,脫水可以引起很多問題,例如精神不集中、容易疲倦、便秘,甚至因血液的水份減少引致低血壓,長遠可增加生腎石、尿道炎風險,故建議上班族培養按時飲水的習慣,每日飲6至8杯水、每杯約250毫升。
