一對母子前日在土瓜灣的家，突然遭發狂父親持菜刀亂斬，母子身中多刀如同血人狂奔逃生，母親一度被兇徒按倒地如狗頭鍘般斬首，幸被街坊喝止。8歲旺仔亦被斬至鼻子幾乎甩脫，母子目前危在旦夕。
