【本報訊】今次釋法最為人詬病是法庭還未裁決，人大常委會便出手，基本法委員會副主任梁愛詩昨再為釋法護航，指若法院裁決出錯、或者反對提請人大釋法的法官比支持多，屆時人大常委會釋法便會對本港法院打擊更大，形容今次釋法是要「速戰速決」。
