【本報訊】不少跑手都試過在高強度訓練後,即使做完伸展及拉筋,仍然會因太疲累而難以入睡,甚至翌日感到腰痠背痛及四肢乏力。運動導師指出,在跑步後進行瑜伽練習,較傳統在訓練後只是拉筋更能放鬆肌肉,有助改善運動後的失眠問題,且能鍛煉小組肌肉及核心肌肉群,有助減低背痛及膝痛等傷患風險。
