【本報訊】日前爆出「死人簽授權書」種票疑雲的沙田博康邨業主立案法團昨日舉行換屆選舉，有逾1,500業主出席大會逼爆會場，不少居民不滿現屆法團黑箱作業而踴躍投票，最終由主張革新的博康社區關注組名單成功翻盤，踢走現屆親建制法團。
