凌晨零時許，一輛掛中港牌七人車，停在尖沙嘴漆咸道南與暢運道交界燈位，姓梁30歲司機伏在軚盤不醒人事，其他駕駛人士發現報警。警員到場將司機拍醒，發現他滿身酒氣，替其進行酒精呼氣測試，酒精度數70多度，超標逾2倍，涉嫌酒後駕被捕。據稱，涉案男子從事金融業，七人車屬公司所有。
