雪州大臣阿兹敏对首相纳吉提呈的《2018年财政预算案》大感失望，因为2800亿令吉的预算当中的发展拨款只有460亿，仅占16%。
他不禁问道，“如果发展拨款仅占16%，我们要如何发展经济？如果发展拨款比行政拨款少太多，我们不可能创造稳定发展的经济”。
