Police have recorded 12 statements as part of their ongoing investigations on two improvised explosive devices found under lawyer-activist Siti Kasim's car last week.
Deputy Inspector-General of Police Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said statements recorded so far included Siti as the victim, police personnel, a mechanic who inspected her car, the car workshop owner, an Orang Asli witness and a Rela member.
"We have also reviewed security camera footage in all locations where the victim said she had gone to. We are in the process of identifying the suspect," said Ayob during a press conference after a function in Bukit Aman today.
