Our favorite A-listers stepped out this weekend for glamorous Halloween bashes and did NOT disappoint in the costume department. Case in point: Adele. Adele returned to Instagram to show off her Halloween costume featuring clown-like makeup and a gold dress embellished with a Chinese dragon. But… what is she? After much debate, we decided she’s the Queen of Halloween.
Speaking of queens- Demi Lovato dressed up like the late Selena Quintanilla. And we’re seeing double. Demi nailed the look with perfect long hair, hoop earrings, bold lips, and a purple bell-bottom jumpsuit. Kim Kardashian also showed some midriff skin in this spot-on yellow Cher look from the 1973 Oscars.
We gotta mention her bestie Jonathan Cheban as Sonny who completed the duo. Kim’s sister Kendall glammed it up in a 70’s Studio 54 look and captioned this Instagram video “so vintage”. Kaia and Presley Gerber also donned groovy 70’s disco era looks. From the 70’s, now on to the 80’s. Singer Dua Lipa channeled her inner Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice in this red wedding dress. Sarah Hyland and rumored boyfriend Wells Adams from the Bachelorette dressed as Eleven and Dustin from 80’s thriller Stranger Things.
Moving on up to the 90’s! We gotta mention Kim Kardashian’s second Halloween costume this year. Kim and Kourtney slayed as Madonna and Michael Jackson’s date from the 1991 Academy Awards. And it’s perfect. Speaking of perfect, Ashley Tisdale was fully committed as Maddie Ziegler from Sia’s “Chandelier” video. Rita Ora went sexy covering her private parts with leaves as Poison Ivy. Ariel Winter also turned up the sex appeal as a sexy skeleton with dramatic makeup. Also in the skeleton department Nina Dobrev showed off an over-the-top Sugar Skull makeup look on Instagram.
Karlie Kloss proved being a cat doesn’t have to be boring. Zoe Kravitz looked epic as Marla Singer from Fight Club. And finally Gwyneth Paltrow recreated the iconic end scene from her movie Seven.
