OH NO! 5SOS just had to cancel two trips because Ashton Irwin was hospitalized for appendicitis! Guys! Let’s all wish him a quick and speedy recovery, cause I don’t like it when our boys are hurting!
 
OK, so everyone remain calm, cause first of all, Ashton is doing just fine after having an emergency surgery for Apendicitis- so at least that, but it’s still scary! The guys announced the news on their Tumblr page, yesterday, saying that they’d have to skip the BBC Teen Awards AND postpone their trip to Japan. Yeah, that’s a bummer, but obviously we all understand!
 
The guys also sent along a super sweet apology:
 
“We are so sorry to everyone that had planned on seeing us. We were so excited to see you all and we never want to make any of you sad… we hope you understand! Thanks so much for supporting all we do, we love you. Can’t wait for us four lads to get back on the road (minus one band appendix) and rock out with you all again soon!”
 
Also, Ashton tweeted this- and I sure hope he didn’t strain himself!: “Sup guys! I’m so sorry to anyone I’ve let down, I promise we will make it up to ya! I’ll be better soon, thanks for all the love xx”
