1D Fans Rejoice! We’re breaking down the 6 Highlights from 1D's NBC Special
Last night marked the band One Directions first TV special EVER and we have picked out 6 major highlights from the night.
Liam puts the rest of his band members to the test to find out QUOTE “who the clevevrest member” of the band is. How might he do this? By putting them through the toughest interview of their lives, of course. Take a look.
The next highlight of the TV special is REALLY. No words could do it justice…
But lucky for the audience, that’s not the only time we see Niall shirtless.
Yes, that was Niall running into the bands hotel room prepping for their recording session in his underwear. How many people paused and screenshotted that moment?
Another one of our favorite moments was when the boys were in Brazil.
Because of all of the screaming fans, the band snuck out of their hotel into the back of a bread van in hopes of going to visit Christ the Redeemer which is an Art Deco statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro.
The special let us see a bunch of behind the scenes footage from the boys lives and tour. Our next favorite moment is a Harry Styles moment!
Another great moment from the special is when the boys planned a surprise for fans at Universal Studios Florida. Acting as one of the ride facilitators, Louis dressed in a universal uniform, the boys shocked fans! Then we see Nial surprise fans at a candy store
And Finally, the boys surprised all of us by performing a song off of their new album that they have never performed before- “Girl Almighty”
And with that, you have the highlights of One Direction’s first ever TV Special. We took a look at the ratings and the NBC Special monopolized among females 12-17. Sounds about right.
