We’re breaking down the 7 best moments from Little Mix’s NEW video for “Woman Like Me”, featuring Nicki Minaj.
We’re getting some major Beyonce-inspired vibes with this one, and we’re living for it!
The ladies of Little Mix are blowing our minds with their talent once again with their new music video for “Woman Like Me”, which might be their most ambitious visual to date. With tons of location changes and complicated choreography, it’s clear that Little Mix were ready to take things to the next level with this one.
One of the most impressive moments of the video is the library sequences, in which the ladies do a number of dance moves while balancing a ton of books on their heads.

I would love to know how many hours of rehearsal and it that took to nail that choreography - not to mention the number of takes it took to film it!
A number of aspects of the video feel like a nod to Beyonce, which is totally fitting considering the ladies refer to Bee and her hit song, “Drunk in Love”, with the lyrics QUOTE, “Love it when you turn me on, 'Yoncé with a little bit of, "Love Drunk" in the middle with it, Get down to our favorite song.” One of the many nods to Bee in the video is with the girls’ black turtleneck leotards, which are giving us major “Single Ladies” vibes.

We have a feeling Bee would approve.
The choreography was flawless throughout the video, but we’re most impressed by the part where they dance on top of a van, which is a location that doesn’t exactly leave a ton of room for error.

Another epic moment we love is when Nicki Minaj enters for her part of the song as a historical painting hanging on the wall, wearing a full-on Tudor ruff and sexy corset. Nicki switches back-and-forth from this fun and fancy get-up to a sheer black outfit that’s much more modern throughout her rap. It’s nothing short of epic, and also kinda reminds us of Harry Potter, which is obviously never a bad thing.

Of course, the video isn’t just about stunning choreography, locations, and costuming. The ladies are also sending a message of women taking control and doing what they want in the video -- like downing some hamburgers while giving zero f*cks…

And last but not least, we gotta give a shout out to the moment when the ladies do their insanely sexy coordinated chair dance.
