Ex arbitrator Yusof Holmes was charged sentenced to six months jail and fined RM20,000 by the Sessions Court on Thursday after he was found guilty of cheating the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration (KLRCA) director six years ago. The accused, who is was a Malaysian permanent resident was charged with committing the offence on Jan 25, in 2010.
