It is a stall called Liew Kee Ah Lek Chee Cheong Fun in English but in Chinese, the signage actually has a special meaning and words added. These are the words 'ka liew', which means added ingredients. The video tells us that the original owner of this 70+-year-old , 3rd generation stall was a chef and the present owner has improvised the recipe and added a special mix of ingredients to the chee cheong fun and became famous. Manaweblife had the rare opportunity to take a closer look into the making of this chee cheong fun at the factory floor.
