Manaweblife continues with an interesting discovery in the border town of Bentong ,Pahang. You might have watched the recent video on Bentong's famous yong tau foo, now it s Bentong's equally famous chee cheong fun or rice noodle rolls. The place is house under a huge roof and is rightly named Big House Food Court.This  Big House used to be two Poon family mansions ( Xing Yang Hall) built in 1938 and 1952.
 The chee cheong fun stall is run by Mr Ng,a second generation operator of this 40-year old stall. Take a look at the video and see at close up how the chee cheong fun and other servings are done .There are three special sauces that add up to givea unique taste that customers like.When it comes hot from the boiler it tastes excellent. The chee cheong fun is pure and smooth too. Of course they are home made in Bentong. Check out the fried soya bean slices as well as the 'tau foo pok' filled with meat and tau foo skin rolls. Come early as this place is usually filled with locals and tourists as finishes as early as 11 am!.
