A video posted on a YouTube channel close to the Islamic State group on October 19, 2014 shows IS jihadists in front of the cultural center of Kobane, near the Turkish border.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the jihadists took the cultural centre of Kobane on the October 13.
