Yes. It’s almost ready for the masses. On Monday August 1st musical genius Katy uploaded a 27 second teaser of the official music video for the powerful song to her YouTube channel. It’s like she knew that we’ve all been dying a slow death with no new music videos from her in what seems like centuries. But ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what Katy Perry can do for you, cuz in this teaser she does a LOT- like man handling a giant pink parachute and surviving falling off a cliff holding a parachute. Kids, don’t try this at home…
The struggle is real Katy, but you look fierce doing it! Being swept across the floor by that powerful beast of a parachute and then flying over a steep cliff in the middle of nowhere all while looking like a sexy combination of GI Jane and Max Max Fury Road. Yes. I’ll take the whole meal, please. Not just this snippet. The official music video in its entirety will debut on August 4th. That seems like an eternity from now. I will wait with bated breath.
