69-year-old Yap Chin Kee, who had been receiving calls since November 2017, asking him to provide his personal details and pay loans to a bank, said he became wary of the calls and filed a police report over the harassing calls.
Yap shared his experience at a press conference held by MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong at Wisma MCA on Thursday.
