At a forum on the amendments to the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act (Act 355) yesterday, PAS Supporters’ Wing (DHPP) information chief G Balachandran said that the public should not listen to politicians on matters of religion as it will divide everyone.
He said people should find out the truth themselves and understand the reasoning behind the act before commenting on it.
